coming to you live from the non-nano monster!

i guess this is good-bye folks - thank you all for playing and for your kind words, and in the immortal words of desmond (who by the way, is named after my high school drama coach) -

bear!

comin' to you live from the end of the road!

it's been an experience, as they say, but as the aftermath winds down, i'm ready to shut this one down - so here's a last post for your last questions before i slink back to the relative anonymity of my office as a provider of content for comics and network television...

...and remember the rules...

1. sign your posts, all unsigned anonymous posts will be summarily deleted.

2. i reserve the right to answer/not answer

3. i reserve the right to SHUT YOU DOWN!
bear!

coming to you live from the 45th glyph!

ok, here's a new post from which to opine/comment/ask questions about the experience... but remember the rules!

1. sign your posts, all unsigned anonymous posts will be summarily deleted.

2. i reserve the right to answer/not answer

3. i reserve the right to SHUT YOU DOWN!

and by the way - it's "malick" not "malik" or "malek" - just clearin' that up!
bear!

coming to you live from the demolished fourth wall!

dj dan's last hurrah!
the cast and crew of the second and final dj dan podcast - that's announcer johnny in the front row wearing the cap!

javier grillo-marxuach here.

no, i am not speaker (although, for a while, this was his blogging home)... let's let him out himself as he sees fit, but i have been known to essay the role of a certain donut-lovin' deejay on occasion.

from the fall of 2005 through may, 2006, i was one of the architects of the alternate reality game/multimedia experiment/multi-platform storyline known as "the lost experience." during that time i worked in close proximity with the creators of "lost" (no surprises there as i was one of them) a coterie of international partners and sponsors, an amazing team of web deisgners, abc marketing executives, a global team of bloggers and chroniclers, a talented and varied cast, a crack team of video and audio producers, and one very bright writer named jordan rosenberg to design and implement the experience.

although my duties on "lost" ended on may of 2006, i remained associated with the experience both as a voice-for-hire and in an emeritus role behind the scenes.

the experience was an ambitious undertaking, and one that has sparked a huge amount of opinion from fans, viewers and players... since most of you have already heard hours of my blithering, i am turning this forum over to you, loved it, hated it, let me know. i know there's a lot of questions, and i may just have some answers...

...the rules are that this is my forum, i will only answer questions as i see fit, i will only give as much information as i see fit (i don't much care for mudslinging or blamestorming) and reserve the right to - ahem - shut you down... and if you do not have a live journal account and are posting anonymously, sign your posts, as i will delete unsigned anynymous posts summarily (because, after all, you know MY name!)...

so let me have it, i will refresh with a new post every once in a while, again, as i see fit...
